Key Responsibilities

Mission Planning: Design complex 3D flight paths and autonomous waypoints using Mission Planner, QGroundControl, or UGCS.

Tactical Flight:Pilot Micro/Small/Medium UAVs (Fixed-wing/VTOL) for R&D; testing and defense demonstrations.

Risk Analysis:Perform pre-flight simulations, terrain analysis, and contingency planning (RTL/emergency protocols).

Data Strategy: Manage payload integration (EO/IR, LiDAR) and ensure precision data capture at designated coordinates.

Maintenance:Conduct system health checks, firmware updates, and field-level hardware troubleshooting.

Requirements

License: Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) is mandatory.

Technical:Proficient in ArduPilot/PX4 ecosystems and Digital Sky compliance.

Experience:Proven track record in UAV mission planning and GIS data handling.

Background:Degree in Aerospace, Robotics, or equivalent military experience preferred.
