Workday HCM Functional Associate

Coverage - 24 x 5 operations (Monday to Friday, round the clock) supporting Americas, EMEA and APAC

Shift requirement - Rotational shifts including night shifts.

What You Must Have

- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services, including 2+ years of handson Workday HCM production support.
- Advanced experience supporting core Workday HCM transactions such as hires, job/position changes, transfers, terminations, rehires, LOA/RTW, compensation changes, and onetime payments.
- Strong understanding of supervisory organizations, staffing models, positions vs. job management, roles and assignments, delegations, and business process frameworks.
- Handson experience with EIBs, mass data uploads, data corrections, and reporting (advanced, matrix, and metric reports; calculated fields).
- Working knowledge of Workday domain and business process security, role provisioning, and access reviews.
- Robust communication skills with the ability to engage HRBPs,



managers, and employees and manage escalations effectively.

- Exposure to broader Workday modules such as Talent/Performance, Learning, Recruiting offers and onboarding, Time and Absence, or Benefits open enrollment.
- Familiarity with Workday integrations, including Core Connectors, EIB transformations, and awareness of Workday Studio.
- Experience supporting payroll and time/attendance processes and global HR operations across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
- Ability to leverage reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Prism Analytics, Power BI, Tableau) to build operational dashboards and insights.
