Responsibilities

- Define and implement Sitecore architecture for enterprise-level solutions.
- Lead design and integration of Sitecore XM Cloud, Sitecore Content Hub (DAM), and Sitecore Search.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of Sitecore solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor development teams and enforce best practices.

Must-Have Skills

- 12+ years of industry experience in development with hands-on experience with Sitecore XM Cloud (Sitecore AI) offerings
- Working knowledge of Sitecore Content Hub (DAM) and Sitecore Search.
- Strong C# and .NET development skills along with GraphQL and 3rd party integration.
- Experience in architecting external systems integration like CRM tools with Sitecore CMS with migration and version upgrade with
- Experienced in planning, estimation, delivery model, customer-facing roles and effective client interaction skills.
- Robust understanding of Design Pattern, SOA, Microservice, Security by Design, CI/CD, DevOps,



Headless concepts and its implementation in code
- Deployment and Cloud hosting experience (Vercel/Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Sitecore certification
- Strong understanding of Agile and Lean software development principles and values with proven experience working in a multi-functional team.
- Up-to-date understanding of modern software development & service delivery techniques (E.g., Software craftmanship, BDD, TDD, Clean Code etc.).
- Knowledge on MS Co-pilot other AI or GenAI tools, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, TeamCity, SVN, GIT, and GIT LAB, Github, Azure Git.
- Experienced working with diverse teams that are composed of team members from different backgrounds.
- Experience in analyzing info, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Frontend frameworks: Next.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
- Exposure to Sitecore personalization and analytics.
