The KYC Analyst will be responsible for supporting the KYC and customer due diligence processes for new and existing customers, ensuring adherence to applicable KYC, CTF regulations and internal guidelines.
The candidate should have a basic understanding of KYC, customer identification, documentation and banking processes. The role will provide an opportunity to develop practical knowledge of KYC operations, due diligence and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities / Job Description
- Assist in the verification of customer identity and KYC documents for new and existing customers.
- Support the team in conducting customer due diligence and background verification as per internal guidelines.
- Review and validate customer information and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date KYC records and databases.
- Support the team in identifying discrepancies or gaps in customer documentation and coordinate for necessary rectification.
- Assist in KYC-related data entry, authorisation and documentation activities.
- Support the team in monitoring transactions and identifying information requiring further review, as per defined processes.
- Escalate KYC-related issues, discrepancies or exceptions to the concerned senior/team member.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, confidentiality and internal compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams/branches for collection and verification of required KYC documents.
- Maintain proper records and MIS related to KYC activities.
- Work effectively with team members and communicate clearly with relevant stakeholders.

Preferred Knowledge

- Candidates with Banking, Finance, Commerce, Management or related educational backgrounds may be preferred Job
MONTHLY STIPEND :- Rs.20,000/- per month
LOCATION :- Vile Parle, Kandivali
Note :
The candidates will be taken as Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS). They will be on payroll of the Implementing Agency for a period of one year.
On completion of one year, they will be in consideration for absorption on the payroll of the Bank as Junior Officer (Marketing & Operations) with a compensation of Rs. 4.21 LPA depending on their performance and meeting the marketing targets assigned.
