- Ensure compliance with quality standards for electrical panels, switchgear, isolators, MCCBs, RCCBs, and other related products.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify defects or non-conformities in production processes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, manufacturing, and testing.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in the power industry as a QA Manager or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of electrical panel design, switchgear systems, isolators, MCCBs, RCCBs, and other relevant equipment.
- Proven track record of ensuring high-quality products meet customer requirements through effective quality control processes.
