We re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who loves digital marketing, understands how ads work, and wants to grow by working on real campaigns for different businesses.

You ll be part of our marketing team, working closely with content, creative, strategy and web teams to build campaigns that deliver results.

What You ll Do:

Manage and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Plan campaigns based on the objective, audience and business requirements.

Understand what kind of content, creatives and messaging will work for each campaign.

Work with our creative and content teams to develop ad creatives and content.

Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.

Analyse campaign data and identify what is working and what needs to change.

Prepare simple campaign reports and communicate key insights.

Keep learning, experimenting and staying updated with the latest paid marketing trends.

What We re Looking For:

1+ year of hands-on experience in Paid / Performance Marketing.

Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Good understanding of digital advertising and campaign performance.





Ability to think beyond just running ads - understand the content, audience and business behind the campaign.

Good communication and analytical skills.

A team player who enjoys collaborating with different teams.

A self-learner who is curious, experiments and keeps improving.

Someone who takes ownership of their work and wants to see results.
