Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead the finance and accounting function for a leading organization in the healthcare/hospital industry. The role will be responsible for financial planning, controllership, reporting, compliance, internal controls, cash flow management, and providing strategic financial insights to the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the overall Finance Accounts function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strong financial controls, governance, and accounting processes.
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and treasury operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Develop and monitor financial KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Review profitability across business units, hospitals, departments, and key revenue streams.
- Support business leaders with financial analysis for strategic and operational decisions.
- Strengthen MIS and management reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement.




- Ensure effective internal controls and risk management across finance operations.
- Lead and mentor the finance team and build a high-performance finance function.
- Work closely with senior leadership on business planning, expansion, investments, and other strategic initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20-23 years of relevant experience.
- Solid experience in Finance Controllership, Financial Reporting, FPA, Budgeting, and Compliance.
- Candidates with substantial experience in the hospital/healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of healthcare/hospital financial operations and revenue cycles.
- Experience managing large finance teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- High level of integrity, ownership, and financial discipline.
