Role & responsibilities

- Prepare detailed formwork drawings for concrete structures including slabs, beams, columns, walls, cores, and foundations.

- Develop shop drawings, layout plans, sections, and details in accordance with approved formwork design calculations.

- Coordinate with formwork designers, structural engineers, and site teams to ensure constructability and design intent are met.

- Incorporate safety, stability, and load requirements into formwork drawings.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Drafting (or equivalent technical qualification).

- 0–5 years of experience in Auto cad drafting, temporary works, or structural drafting (fresh graduates may be considered).

- Basic understanding of formwork systems for concrete structures such as slabs, beams, columns, and walls is an advantage.





- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and design specifications.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D drafting essential); knowledge of Revit / Tekla / 3D modeling is an advantage.

- Good attention to detail, accuracy, and drawing standards.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior designers and engineers.

- Positive communication skills and ability to work as part of a design and site coordination team.

Nice to Have (Optional)

- Exposure to system formwork (PERI, Doka, etc.) or conventional timber formwork.

- Site experience or internship related to concrete or formwork works.

- Knowledge of basic material take-offs and drawing revisions.
