Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Technical Support Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and resolving customer queries through voice and chat support while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions.
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Graduates: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience (in any industry) is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.




- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
