Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and customer-focused professionals with 1 to 5 years of experience in International Voice / Customer Support. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer interactions, resolving queries efficiently, and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide appropriate and timely resolutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional communication.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide accurate information.




- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow defined processes, quality guidelines, and customer service standards.
- Meet productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and other assigned performance targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Required Skills

- 1 to 5 years of experience in International Voice / BPO / Customer Support.
- Excellent English verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good listening, probing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle challenging customer conversations professionally.
- Positive computer and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
