POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a commercially orientedBusiness Finance Manager with 6-8 years of experience in FP & A and businesspartnering, preferably within the BPO/ITES or healthcare services industry. Therole will partner with assigned business verticals to drive budgeting, forecasting, performance management, revenue assurance, cost optimization, anddecision support. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial analysiswith business understanding and the ability to translate data into actionablerecommendations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Finance Partnering: Partnerwith business and functional leaders to understand operating drivers, providefinancial insights, and support achievement of revenue, margin, andprofitability objectives.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Coordinatethe annual budget and rolling forecast process for assigned business units.Consolidate assumptions, challenge inputs, and track performance againstapproved plans.

Performance Management and Business Reviews: Prepare monthly and quarterly business review packs, analyze KPIsand financial trends, explain variances,



and highlight risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Revenue Assurance and Commercial Finance: Support revenue recognition, client billing, pricing analysis, contract reviews, and revenue reconciliation in collaboration with commercial, delivery, and accounting teams.

Cost Optimization and Margin Improvement: Analyze cost structures, productivity, utilization, andaccount-level profitability. Work with operations to identify and track costimprovement and margin enhancement initiatives.

Financial Modelling and Decision Support: Build financial models and scenario analyses for business cases, pricing decisions, investments, capacity planning, and other managementdecisions.

Management Reporting and Analytics: Developaccurate, timely, and insightful financial reports and dashboards atbusiness-unit, customer, and cost-center levels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Workclosely with Operations, Sales, HR, IT, Admin, Compliance, and Accounting teamsto validate assumptions, improve data quality, and support business decisions.

Process Improvement and Automation: ImproveFP & A processes, reporting templates, controls, and dashboards using Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other available tools.





Stakeholder and Team Support: Manageassigned deliverables independently, guide analysts where applicable, andcommunicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Support management withfinancial analysis, executive presentations, due diligence, and other strategicor operational projects as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

CA, CFA, CMA, or MBA (Finance)from a reputed institute.

6-8 years of relevantexperience in FP & A, business finance, or commercial finance, preferably inthe BPO/ITES or healthcare services industry.

Hands-on experience inbudgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, management reporting, andfinancial modelling.

Experience in businesspartnering with operations and cross-functional stakeholders.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including financial modelling, PivotTables, Power Query, andmacros.

Working knowledge of ERPsystems and reporting tools.

Hands-on experience with datavisualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Ability to build KPI dashboardsand prepare transparent, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
