About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Analyst to support and strengthen employee relations practices across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing employee relations cases, conducting workplace investigations, providing HR consulting support, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, and analyzing trends to drive positive employee experiences and business outcomes.
Employee Relations Case Management
- Manage end-to-end employee relations cases, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive case documentation.
- Interpret and apply company policies and employment laws to employee relations matters.
- Assess risk, recommend appropriate actions, and escalate cases when necessary.
- Partner with employees, leaders, and HR stakeholders to resolve workplace concerns.
Employee Relations Consulting & Guidance
- Provide expert guidance to managers and HR partners on employee relations matters.
- Advise on corrective action plans, performance concerns, and disciplinary processes.
- Support involuntary termination processes and related documentation.
- Build strong relationships and credibility with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Deliver training and coaching on employee relations practices and HR processes.
- Support employee relations programs and organizational initiatives.
Workplace Investigations
- Conduct and manage investigations involving workplace concerns such as misconduct, harassment, discrimination, policy violations, and other employee complaints.
- Interview employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders to gather facts and documentation.
- Prepare investigation findings and recommend appropriate actions.
- Coach managers and HR partners on investigation best practices.
- Support implementation and communication of new or updated policies.
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Analyze employee relations trends, case volumes, and workplace concerns.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for leaders and stakeholders.
- Identify emerging issues and recommend proactive solutions.
- Utilize data insights to improve employee relations effectiveness and reduce organizational risk.
Audit & Compliance Support
- Support internal and external audits related to employment practices and compliance requirements.
- Respond to regulatory and compliance-related information requests.
- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws, company policies, and compliance standards.
Workforce Change & Downsizing Support
- Assist leaders with workforce reduction and organizational change initiatives.
- Support impact assessments, documentation, employee communication, and separation processes.
- Coordinate severance-related activities and reporting requirements.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related HR function.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations cases.
- Robust knowledge of employment laws, disciplinary processes, and HR best practices.
- Experience advising managers on employee performance, conduct, and workplace issues.
- Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships across multiple levels and geographies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems, case management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
