India Marketing Manager

Must-Have Skills

- Proven experience executing 1:1, 1:Few, and 1:Many ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
- Expertise in Salesforce and ABM platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales Leaders, Account Executives, and Solutions Engineers.
- 8-10 years of B2B Enterprise Technology Marketing experience in Cybersecurity, Network Security, Cloud, or Infrastructure domains.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard creation, funnel analysis, pipeline reporting, and campaign performance measurement.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation platforms.
- Exposure to BFSI, Manufacturing, Government, and Telecom industries.
- Experience managing executive programs, workshops, field events, agencies, vendors, and budgets.
- APJC or multi-market marketing experience.
- Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.

Key Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business,



Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of ABM or targeted demand-generation experience.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes including pipeline creation, chance acceleration, and customer acquisition.
- Experience with lead management, nurture programs, sales hand-off processes, and funnel conversion.
- Strong understanding of Indian enterprise buying behavior and customer segments.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, 6sense/Demandbase, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong project management skills, including budget, timeline, agency, and risk management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration across India and APJC markets.

Location: The base location can be Bangalore or Pune, but it will be completely remote, and resource is free to operate from any city
