Position: AR Caller
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in AR Calling
Work Location : Tnagar, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments and accounts receivable.
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and payment commitments.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding balances and invoices.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and payment updates.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and collection targets.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers.
- Use basic computer applications to update customer and payment information.
- Candidates with experience in US/International AR Calling or Medical Billing AR Calling will be preferred.
