Job Role
Sutherland is hiring freshers for the Technical and Customer Service Associate role in the Neighbor Solutions / Community Support team.
The role involves helping customers with:
Device setup and configuration
Wi-Fi and connectivity issues
Basic technical troubleshooting
Customer queries and technical support
Identifying and resolving customer issues
Escalating complex issues when required
Providing a professional and positive customer experience
Eligibility
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- High School Graduate / Diploma / Currently pursuing College or University
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of computers, devices and technology
- Basic understanding of Wi-Fi and network connectivity
- Good typing and grammar skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
As a TCS Associate, you will support customers throughout their technical support journey from initial device setup to troubleshooting connectivity and technical issues.
You will receive opportunities to build your knowledge of products, devices, customer support and technical troubleshooting.
