Job Description: Site Supervisor Hotel Project

Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor for an ongoing hotel project
in Gonda district, Uttar Pradesh. The civil work and structural phase of the project have
been completed, and the services and nishing phases are currently underway. The Site
Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, with a primary focus
on building services, interior nishing works, inventory management, and overall site
coordination until the project is completed and ready for commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise ongoing construction activities at the hotel project site on a daily basis.
Monitor and coordinate the execution of building services, including electrical,
plumbing, HVAC, re-ghting, and related MEP works.

Ensure that service works are carried out as per approved drawings, specications,
quality standards, and project timelines.
Supervise interior nishing works, including coordination with contractors, vendors,
and execution teams.
Track site progress and report daily updates, delays, issues, and requirements to the
management/project team.
Coordinate between dierent agencies and contractors to ensure smooth workow
and avoid clashes between services and nishing activities.
Maintain proper records of materials, supplies, and equipment received, issued,
consumed, and available at site.
Oversee inventory management for construction materials, service-related
supplies, and interior nishing materials.
Verify material requirements, consumption, wastage, and shortages, and promptly
inform the concerned team for timely procurement.

Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of materials at site.
Monitor workmanship quality and ensure that all works are completed in line with
hotel project requirements.

Support testing, commissioning, snagging, rectication, and handover-related




activities for services and nishing works.

Ensure site safety, cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with instructions
provided by the project team.
Remain stationed at the project site until completion of the project and readiness
for commercial operations.
Required Knowledge and Skills

Positive working knowledge of MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
re-ghting, and related service installations.
Understanding of interior nishing work execution, coordination, quality checks,
and site-level troubleshooting.
Ability to read and understand basic drawings, layouts, service plans, and nishing
details.

Strong site supervision, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Knowledge of material handling, inventory tracking, and site store management.
Ability to manage contractors, workers, vendors, and site teams eectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Willingness to stay at or near the project site until project completion.
Preferred Qualications and Experience

Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, or a related technical eld.
Prior experience as a Site Supervisor, MEP Supervisor, Finishing Supervisor, or
similar role in hotel, commercial, hospitality, or building construction projects.
Experience in the services and interior nishing phase of construction projects will
be preferred.
Basic computer knowledge for maintaining reports, inventory records, and site
documentation will be an added advantage.
Employment Requirement
The selected candidate must be available to stay at the project site in Gonda district, Uttar
Pradesh, throughout the remaining execution phase until the hotel project is completed
and ready for commercial operations.
