Sales Manager B2B - Agro Chemicals or Pharma Chemical

- Responsible for driving revenue growth by selling agricultural or pharmaceutical-grade chemicals to institutional clients, formulators, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

F Identify and acquire current B2B clients, institutional buyers, chemical formulators, and industrial accounts.

F Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.

Channel Management:

F Identify and acquire new dealers, distributors, institutional buyers, and business clients.

F Build and manage relationships with a network of dealers, distributors, and channel partners.

Commercial Negotiation:

F Handle price negotiations, finalize contracts, and manage commercial terms.

Sales Targets:

F Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual regional revenue and volume goals.

F Generate leads, conduct meetings,



negotiate commercial terms, and close sales.

F Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

F Work with supply chain, production, and technical teams to ensure product availability and smooth order execution.

F Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, product availability, and customer support.

Market Intelligence:

F Track competitor pricing, regulatory shifts, and emerging industry trends.

F Understand market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

F Explore new markets and business opportunities for the company's agrochemical products.

Reporting:

F Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasting data, and regular reports for management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture, Chemistry, Agronomy, or a related science field with 4 to 8+ years of proven experience in B2B in agricultural chemical sale or institutional or Pharma Chemical

2. Strong knowledge of agrochemical/agro-pharma products, technical selling, and channel distribution networks.

3. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

4. Strong knowledge of dealer/distributor networks and B2B sales processes.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

6. Strong business development and target-oriented approach.

7. Ability to work independently and travel as required for client/dealer meetings.
