Role Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, differential diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans for adult medical conditions.
- Manage chronic illnesses including diabetes, hypertension, respiratory, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal disorders.
- Conduct physical exams, interpret lab/imaging reports, and prescribe medications or refer to specialists as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, nurses, and allied health staff for holistic patient care.
- Document clinical findings, maintain EMR records, and ensure regulatory compliance with NABH/MCI standards.
- Participate in clinical audits,
quality improvement initiatives, and hospital accreditation processes.
Skills Qualifications
- Must-Have
- MD Medicine
- Registration with State Medical Council
- Proficiency in physical diagnosis
- Knowledge of NABH guidelines
- Experience in outpatient/inpatient care
- EMR documentation
