Job Description :
• In depth knowledge of IVR testing and engineering, and extensive experience in testing process involving Contact Centre products like Amazon Connect.
• Highly proficient in Cyara IVR automation tool.
• Extensive hands on experience in testing IVRs, inbound and outbound calls using manual / Cyara.
• Hands on experience in Cyara cruncher tool to perform IVR performance testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be a solid team player.
• Experience diagnosing testing issues, and going through the IVR logs to identify the root cause of the issues.
• Gather and analyse functional, non-functional test requirements and perform assessment to confirm testing
