- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Repurpose podcasts and long-form content into high-retention clips.
- Add captions, hooks, B-roll, sound design, transitions, and strong pacing.
- Identify the most engaging moments and turn them into compelling content.

Graphic Design

- Create social media creatives, thumbnails, covers, and supporting visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency through strong typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

Creative Contribution

- Suggest fresh Reel ideas, hooks, trends, formats, and creative improvements.
- Contribute to the overall visual direction and content quality.

Were Looking For

- 13 years of relevant experience in video editing + graphic design.
- Robust creative and aesthetic sense with an understanding of pacing, retention, and audience behaviour.
- Ability to turn raw footage into polished, engaging content.
- Proactive,



detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership.

- Experience with creators, entrepreneurs, businesses, or personal brands.
