Role Purpose:

Lead the design, engineering, modernization, governance, and operational excellence of the Agentic AI & Automation Consultant capability for Colleague Services, delivering secure, resilient, scalable, supportable, and measurable enterprise technology outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the enterprise strategy, roadmap, and execution of Agentic AI, AI agents, and intelligent automation capabilities.

Design, develop, and scale AI agents, copilots, and autonomous workflows that improve colleague experience and

operational efficiency.

Lead implementation of Agentic AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ServiceNow, conversational AI, and automation platforms.

Define reusable architecture patterns, orchestration frameworks, integration standards, and engineering best practices for

scalable AI solutions.

Provide technical leadership and hands-on guidance to accelerate delivery, resolve complex challenges, and drive engineering excellence.

Identify automation opportunities through analysis of operational data, service trends, user needs, and business priorities.

Architect integrations across Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge platforms, and workplace technologies.





Drive measurable outcomes through automation adoption, ticket deflection, productivity gains, service improvements, and operational efficiency.

Champion AI adoption through reusable frameworks, best practices, coaching programs, and engineering enablement

initiatives.

Partner with business, engineering, platform, and enterprise AI teams to transform AI strategy into production-ready solutions and business value.
