- Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Provide accurate information about general insurance products to customers through effective communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address complex customer queries.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales or telesales industry.
- Solid understanding of general insurance sales principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
