Job Description

Need experienced Lead Engineer with more than 5 To 7 yr of exp , proficiency in C++ to design, build, and optimize high-performance, scalable backend systems. Will be closely working with cross-functional product, architecture, and QA teams to deliver robust software solutions that handle complex computational and low-latency challenges.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Develop: Architect and implement clean, maintainable, and high-performance code using contemporary C++ standards.
2. System Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed, memory efficiency, and low latency in distributed or multi-threaded environments.
3. Code Reviews & Quality: Conduct thorough peer code reviews, establish coding standards, and implement comprehensive unit/integration tests
4.



Troubleshooting & L3 Support: Investigate, debug, and resolve complex production and non-production performance bottlenecks or system crashes.
5.Collaboration & Mentorship: Guide junior engineers, drive technical design decisions, and clearly articulate architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
