Core Role Expectations:
- Conduct structured conversations/calls with end users to understand processes, pain points, repetitive work and business outcomes.
- Translate user observations into practical automation and AI-enablement opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with users to co-learn AI capabilities and test them against real tasks and workflows.
- Support proof-of-concept or pilot implementations and demonstrate measurable, repeatable usage.
- Document use cases, learnings, implementation steps, outcomes and opportunities for scale.
1. Client Communication
- Engage with end users through calls to understand their tasks, challenges, and process gaps.
- Ask targeted questions to uncover repetitive or time-consuming activities.
- Explain AI and automation opportunities in a simple, practical way.
- Facilitate AI co-learning sessions and encourage users to experiment with AI.
- Demonstrate AI-enabled solutions and showcase their practical business value.
- Capture user feedback, document learnings and maintain clear stakeholder communication.
1. Work/Project specific
- Understand existing business processes and identify tasks that can benefit from AI or automation.
- Identify and qualify potential AI use cases based on user needs and business impact.
- Work with users to test, refine and implement AI-enabled solutions.
- Conduct POCs/pilots and validate solutions with actual end users.
- Create and deliver demos showcasing successful AI adoption and usage.
- Document use cases, solutions, learnings and implementation outcomes.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to scale successful AI-enabled solutions
Job Specification
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written (English as a business language)
- Interacts and improvises comfortably with US white collar professionals
- Ability to Coach/Train/Handhold clients through building 2-way conversations
- Good knowledge and hands on with AI platforms (Claude/ChatGPT, etc.)
- Good with MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint
- Solid communication skills for internal and cross-functional collaboration
