Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled SAP Data Migration Consultant with strong experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Migration projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in planning, mapping, cleansing, validating, and migrating business data from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA. Experience in QAD to SAP S/4HANA migration is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration activities for SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Analyze source data structures and define migration strategies.
- Perform data extraction, profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation.
- Create data mapping documents and business transformation rules.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.
- Manage mock migrations, cutover activities, and post-migration reconciliation.
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.




- Resolve migration-related issues and provide recommendations for optimization.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in QAD to SAP S/4HANA Migration
- Knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, FICO Modules
- Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
- S/4HANA Brownfield or Greenfield Implementations
- Exposure to large-scale ERP transformation projects

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in multiple SAP Data Migration projects.
- Solid stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.
