Responsibilities

- To take care of Process Engineering & Tool improvement activities in shop Floor
- To drive continual improvement activities at shop floor
- To identify opportunities for improving efficiencies in Process
- To work with line supervisors/Engineers to improve productivity & Quality
- To support recent projects & existing projects for updation of PPAP & FMEA
- To support in vendor development and process establishment at their end
- To impart process improvement related training to workmen & improve their skill
- To ensure all critical Processes are well established & monitored in Plant (Welding/Assembly/ Canning (Shell manufacturing))
- To support and establish New Product Development Processes as per the Customer's requirement
- To ensure and maintain healthy safety practices are implemented & maintained
- To suggest management regarding Process improvement activities
- To support in implementation of TPM & QMS activities
- Any other task entrusted to you from time to time
