Role & responsibilities

1. Assist in preparation baseline schedules, milestones, and detailed work breakdown structures (WBS).
2. Assist in Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
3. Assist in Identify critical activities and monitor the critical path.
4. Support preparation of recovery plans and mitigation measures for schedule slippages. Forecast project completion dates and highlight potential delays.
5. Responsible for client billing and commercial activities, including preparation, verification, and submission of running account (RA) bills
6. Ensure accurate measurement, documentation, and certification of executed work in coordination with site and client representatives
7. Track billing milestones, follow up for approvals,



and ensure timely invoicing and payment realization
8. Maintain billing records, reconcile quantities, and support claim management and variation orders
9. Additionally support project planning and controls on a limited basis
10. Assist in schedule updates, progress tracking, and preparation of basic MIS reports and S-curves
11. Coordinate with planning team for data inputs related to progress, resources, and execution status
12. Interface with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth commercial and planning coordination across the project lifecycle
