The FMCG QC Inchharge will be responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, compliance, and consistency of FMCG products received from suppliers and vendors. The role involves inspection, sampling, testing, documentation, vendor quality monitoring, and coordination with Purchase, Warehouse, Merchandising, and Stores to ensure that only approved and compliant products reach customers.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of FMCG product quality parameters.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality-control practices.
- Understanding of sampling and testing procedures.
- Knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP and basic food safety systems.
- Understanding of FSSAI requirements for applicable food products.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and QC/MIS reporting.
- Ability to identify product defects and quality deviations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with Purchase, Warehouse, Merchandising, Stores, and Vendors.
