You like the idea of writing one codebase that runs beautifully on both iOS and Android. Youve built a couple of apps in Flutter or React Native, even if just for learning, and now you want to ship apps that real users download from the App Store and Play Store.

What youll do

- Build features in Flutter or React Native for production apps, under the wing of a senior engineer
- Turn Figma designs into smooth, pixel-perfect screens on both iOS and Android
- Integrate REST APIs, local storage, state management, and push notifications
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) responsibly to speed up your learning curve
- Take a feature from design to store release, write tests, fix bugs, polish edge cases
- Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and design critiques

What were looking for

- Solid basics in Flutter (Dart) or React Native (JavaScript / TypeScript)




- Understanding of components, navigation, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, Redux or similar)
- A portfolio, even college or side projects on GitHub count, especially if you can explain your choices
- Comfort with Git, VS Code or Android Studio, and running apps on emulators real devices
- Curiosity about how native iOS and Android work under the hood
- Real enthusiasm for using AI tools to write learn code faster
- Hunger to learn, ask questions, and ship
