You enjoy both sides of the web: making a page look right, and making the server behind it actually work. Youve built a few projects end-to-end, maybe a college project, a CRUD app, or a site for a friend, and youre ready to learn how production web apps are built, deployed, and maintained.

What youll do

- Build responsive front-ends with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript from Figma designs
- Develop back-end features, APIs, and admin panels, guided by a senior developer
- Design and query MySQL databases, and keep data clean and secure
- Work on client websites, ecommerce stores, and custom POS web modules
- Use AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude) responsibly to speed up your learning curve
- Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and deployments

What were looking for

- Positive understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design




- Basic back-end knowledge in any language, and comfort with SQL / MySQL
- Big plus: hands-on experience with Core PHP and/or Laravel
- Understanding of how the web works: HTTP, forms, sessions, REST APIs
- A portfolio, even college or side projects on GitHub or a live URL count
- Comfort with Git and a code editor like VS Code
- Real enthusiasm for using AI tools to write learn code faster
- Bonus: exposure to React, Vue, or Tailwind CSS
