Job Summary

The Business Process Analyst / Process Transformation Specialist will play a key role in driving enterprise-wide process excellence, business transformation, operational standardization, and digital innovation across MOL-IT and associated business functions. The incumbent will work closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance & Accounts, General Affairs, Engineering Services, GIC, and other support functions to assess existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design future-state operating models.

The role will be responsible for leveraging process excellence methodologies, AI, Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and automation technologies to improve operational efficiency, governance, compliance, and business performance. The individual will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement, standardization, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Areas of Responsibilities

- Process Discovery & Current State Assessment
- Engage with HR, Finance & Accounts, GIC, General Affairs, Engineering Services, and other business functions to understand operational processes.
- Conduct process workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions.
- Document and analyze current-state (As-Is) business processes, workflows, controls, and dependencies.




- Develop process maps and operational workflow documentation.
- Create and maintain an enterprise-wide repository of business processes.
- Ensure complete visibility of operational procedures across departments.
- Process Analysis & Optimization
- Process maturity assessments across business functions.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, manual dependencies, compliance gaps, and operational risks.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Design optimized future-state (To-Be) process models.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and business efficiency initiatives.
- Establish measurable process performance metrics and improvement targets.
- Digital Transformation & Automation
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Microsoft Copilot, automation, and workflow technologies.
- Promote process digitization and automation across business functions.
