Manufacturing Professional - Static Equipment / Pressure Vessels

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic Manufacturing Professionals to join our Production team for the manufacturing of Static Equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Columns, Reactors, and other fabricated equipment. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to fabrication, welding technology, production planning, quality compliance, contractor management, and shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, monitor, and execute manufacturing activities to achieve production targets.
- Manage fabrication and welding operations for process equipment and heavy engineering products.
- Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, ASME codes, TEMA standards, and manufacturing procedures.
- Coordinate with Quality, Design, Planning, Purchase, Stores, Maintenance, Radiography, and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, quality, and cost optimization.
- Manage contractors, workforce, and shop-floor resources effectively.
- Ensure proper material identification, traceability, fabrication, inspection, and dispatch activities.
- Facilitate inspections, radiography, TPI activities, painting, sandblasting, packing, and dispatch.




- Ensure compliance with ISO documentation and statutory requirements.
- Promote safe work practices, good housekeeping, and a strong safety culture.
- Mentor team members and support skill development and performance improvement.
- Monitor and eliminate unsafe conditions and ensure compliance with QEHS requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgical, Fabrication Technology, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in manufacturing of:
- Pressure Vessels
- Heat Exchangers
- Columns
- Reactors
- Static Equipment
- Heavy Fabrication Projects

- Strong understanding of fabrication processes, welding technology, quality systems, and manufacturing operations.
- Knowledge of ASME Codes, TEMA Standards, ISO documentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Exposure to contractor management, production planning, and cross-functional coordination.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety (QEHS) practices will be an added advantage.

Experience Range

- Engineer / Jr. Engineer: 3-5 Years
- Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager: 5-9 Years
- Manager / Sr. Manager / Chief Manager: 10-15 Years
