Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for EMS SCADA operation.
- Responsible for performing Preventive Maintenance & handling of break downs of different equipments related to HVAC system, assisting in HVAC Validation (DPB, LAF, RLAF, cRABs, Isolator, biosafety cabinet etc.) with all respective documentation.
- Responsible for Operation of Unichiller.
- Responsible for Maintenance of Air handling units, Outdoor unit, cold room, utility lines and its schedule checking to ensure minimum breakdowns.
- Responsible for maintaining all logbooks related to HVAC system which includes Operation of Air handling unit,
Filter cleaning, EMS SCADA reports/ Graphs and Preventive maintenance related to HVAC System.
- Inform immediate supervisor regarding the requirement of spare parts and ensure required inventory related to HVAC system.
- Adhere to current technologies, cGMP, USFDA, MHRA & TGA etc.
- Zero Accident / Incident in factory premises.
- Responsible to execute all other activities assigned by Head Engineering.
