Experience

- 18-20 years of progressive IT experience, including at least eight years managing ERP environments and enterprise applications.
- A minimum of five years in an enterprise applications leadership role, with accountability for teams, partners, budgets and delivery outcomes.
- Demonstrated ownership of SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion environments, including implementations or upgrades, integrations, support and lifecycle management.
- Strong functional knowledge across at least three to four ERP process areas, such as Finance & Controlling, Recruitment, Talent Management, Absence Management and Project Management.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional transformation program and engaging senior business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of infrastructure, cloud and information security sufficient to represent credibly for the CIO.
