Position: Senior Green Building Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Green Building Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and documenting the certification process for green building projects while also handling client coordination and supporting team execution.

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

- 1-5 years of experience in green building certification and documentation
- Hands-on experience with certification programs such as LEED, WELL, EDGE, etc.
- Experience in handling end-to-end certification documentation for commercial and/or institutional projects
- Prior experience in team handling and client coordination

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end documentation process for green building certifications (LEED, WELL, EDGE etc.)
- Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within defined timelines
- Act as a single point of contact for clients on certification-related matters
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors for compliance with certification requirements




- Lead and guide junior team members on documentation and submission processes
- Liaise with third-party consultants and certification bodies for timely approvals
- Develop and track project schedules and certification timelines
- Provide regular updates and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Review project data to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and compliance standards
- Stay updated with the latest green building standards, codes, and certification requirements
