The Market Strategy Performance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing market trends, business performance, customer data, and competitor activities to support strategic decision-making and business growth. The role will provide actionable insights to management and help identify opportunities for improving revenue, market share, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market research and analyze healthcare and industry trends.
- Analyze business performance across branches, services, and departments.
- Monitor revenue, patient volume, service utilization, and other key business indicators.
- Conduct competitor analysis including services, pricing, locations, and market activities.
- Identify current market opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track branch-wise and service-wise performance against targets.
- Analyze customer behavior, preferences, and market demand.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.




- Support management in business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct feasibility studies for new services, locations, and business initiatives.
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and other departments to collect and analyze data.
- Develop and maintain performance KPIs and business metrics.
- Present key findings, trends, and recommendations to management
