- Job Responsibilities:
- - Welcome and engage customers, understand their beauty needs, and recommend suitable Kiro products.
- Demonstrate products, assist with shade matching, and provide quick makeup trials when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while promoting key products and new launches.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and educate customers about Kiro Beauty products and ingredients.
- Ensure the Kiro counter is clean, well-stocked, and displayed as per brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels, maintain testers, and share daily sales updates with the reporting manager.
- Follow all brand SOPs, store policies, and hygiene standards while handling products, testers, and customer interactions.
- - Requirements:
- - Minimum 12th pass (minimum) MANDATORY
- 1–3 years' experience in beauty,



cosmetics, or retail sales
- Valuable communication skills and presentable personality
- Passion for beauty and customer service
- Industry- Only Beauty Industry
- Age- for Shoppers Stop and Lifestyle, not above 32
- Interviews- Virtual
- - Shifts - since the BAs works under retail partner stores their roasters are managed by the store managers. Generally, they follow the below shifts:
- First shift: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Mid shift: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Second shift: 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Week off - any day between Monday to Thursday. No weekends offs allowed.
