Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage production planning, control, and management to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods using IQC, OQC, Final Inspection processes.

- Develop and implement cost reduction strategies through process improvements and costing analysis.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve overall productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in a similar role within the cable industry.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution.

- Solid understanding of Production Planning, Production Management, Process Quality Assurance, Costing, Design Cable Mfg., etc.
