Job description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Project Coordinator for the National Highway (N.H.) Projects. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, BOQ preparation, billing verification, procurement activities, site monitoring, and project documentation. Strong technical knowledge of highway construction projects and excellent coordination skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day project activities for National Highway projects.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities) as per project requirements.
- Verify contractor and vendor bills, measurements, and supporting documents.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients for smooth project execution.
- Manage material procurement activities, including vendor coordination, quotation analysis, purchase requisitions, and delivery follow-up.
- Prepare project reports, progress tracking sheets, and MIS reports.
- Maintain project documentation, correspondence, and records.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.




- Ensure timely availability of materials and support project teams in achieving milestones.
- Monitor project costs and support budget control activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of National Highway/Road Construction Projects.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting. Data Analysis).
- Experience in BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Knowledge of bill checking and project documentation.
- Experience in material procurement and vendor management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for preparation and review of drawings.
- Robust communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel for site visits as required.
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in NHAI, MORTH, EPC, HAM, or other highway infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of project billing, procurement processes, and contract management.
