Roles and Responsibilities

- What you’ll be doing:

* Shoot Reels, photos, Stories & BTS content primarily on iPhone

* Know how to find the right angles, framing, lighting, movement and shots for fashion

* Come up with content ideas based on current Instagram trends

* Shoot edit post content on the same day

* Edit Reels quickly with good pacing, hooks, music, captions, transitions etc.

* Create content around recent launches, products, founders, BTS, styling and everyday brand moments

* Understand what is performing and continuously bring new content ideas

* Create Instagram covers, thumbnails, carousels and other creatives

* Have basic knowledge of Procreate for covers, graphics, annotations and creative assets

* Occasionally capture talking/voiceover/presenter-led content

* Help maintain a consistent Wabi Sabi visual aesthetic

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has previously worked with a fashion brand, influencer, creator or lifestyle brand

* Has a strong understanding of Instagram and current content trends





* Has a very good eye for fashion photography + videography

* Can independently shoot good content without needing someone to direct every frame

* Is FAST — we want someone who can shoot in the morning and have content ready to post the same day

* Is comfortable editing on CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut / similar

* Knows Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, hooks and engagement formats

* Has basic Procreate knowledge

* Is proactive and constantly looking at what’s working on Instagram right now

* Most importantly: has a portfolio that proves it

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in videography or related field (video editing).
- B.Tech degree from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Video Editing, Videography, Script Writing, Social Media Strategies, Social Media Management, Social Media Marketing.
