Role & Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, quality, pricing, offers, and perks.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper product display and ensure the store is well organized.
- Handle customer queries and provide a positive shopping experience.
- Support stock checking, replenishment, and basic inventory activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow store SOPs.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and team to ensure smooth store operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10th/12th pass or above.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and achieving targets.
- Basic knowledge of Kannada/Hindi/English will be preferred.
- Willing to work rotational shifts and 6 days a week.
- Candidates who are customer-focused, energetic, and willing to learn.
