We are looking for experienced Machine Operators (Blowing) to operate and maintain PET bottle blowing machines in the beverage manufacturing industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Shyam or SIDOL blowing machines and ensure smooth production with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate PET bottle blowing machines (Shyam / SIDOL) as per production plan.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality output.
- Set machine parameters and perform minor adjustments during production.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine issues.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Reduce wastage and improve machine efficiency.
- Maintain daily production and breakdown records.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams when required.
- Follow SOPs and company policies at all times.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Blowing Machine Operator.
- Hands-on experience in Shyam or SIDOL Blowing Machines (mandatory).
- Experience in the beverage industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of PET bottle manufacturing process.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Team player with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma/Any Graduate or relevant technical qualification preferred
