What would you do?
Service Delivery Leader for the Supply Chain Finance tower within the Accenture Operations F&A; BPO engagement. Accountable for P&L;, client relationship at CFO / Treasurer level, program design, commercial and contract governance, transformation roadmap and leadership of 20 FTEs. Service Hours Standard Days Monday to Friday 9:30pm to 5:30 am IST / 9:00am to 5:00pm PT (March to November), Monday to Friday 10:30pm 6:30am IST / 9:00am to 5:00pm PT (December to February). Proactive solution to Client during Transition scope of work from onshore to offshore.

You are responsible, accountable for Run Service PTP - Vendor master data limited to initiating e-form for vendor to fill required details. Invoice processing - both PO and Non-PO Invoices (including 2-way and 3-way match. Payment processing, Vendor statement reconciliation, Travel and expense claims.
OTC - Authorize and manage credit, Maintain customer master data, Manage customer billing, Manage and process collections and deductions, Maintain A/R Ledger and apply cash
RTR - Master Data Maintenance, Cash and Bank reconciliation, Fixed Assets Accounting, Intercompany Accounting, General Ledger Reconciliations, Period Close and MEC Journal Entries, Financial Reporting

Implementation of gen. ledger processes including yearend closing, journalizing. Creating and maintaining ledgers, ledger currencies, budgets, and journal entries,



design to deliver a financial management solution including a flexible accounting structure, comprehensive journal processing, hierarchical summaries, intuitive inquiry and reporting as well as energetic allocations and the management of commitments and expenditures also run Interface reports and perform close books of accounts.

What are we looking for?
Management oversight and the FTEs across multiple F&A; BPO PTP, RTR-AFC/SFC, OTC process, people and Client stakeholders. Review SLA/KPI. Lead Daily Internal and external stakeholder calls. Manage Weekly Governance Calls with Clients, Month End close calls. RAID log. Process improvement.

- Finance Operating Model Development
Tools like RAMP for PTP, Netsuite for PTP/RTR, RAMP-Payment, Flowqast, Blackline for Recons

Roles and Responsibilities:
