Core Responsibilities
Responsibilities and key tasks
- Looking after patient care in the Neurosurgical ward irrespective of the admitting faculty.
- Daily rounds with other colleagues.
- Decide on the course of action with the other faculty members.
- Advise appropriate care for inpatients.
- Identify and treat pre op and post op complications.
- Trauma and surgical cases in the casualty department when on call.
- Follow up cases of own patients and other faculty members’ if so requested.
- New cases (walk in or direct referrals) self or other faculty's if so requested.

- Negative Patient Feedback not more than 2 cases in a year.
- 100% Medical Documentation.
- TAT’s as per NABH & IMS ,Sparsh and other quality initiatives.
V. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications
M.B.B.S.+MS/DNB
Experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a renowned Hospital
Technical Skills
- Excellent clinical expertise needed for the care of critically ill patients.
- Fluent with all procedures and equipment handling
- Computer knowledge
- Good domain knowledge
