We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience (7+years) in building scalable, secure, and high performance backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and AWS. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise across development, integration, test automation, CI/CD pipelines,

and AWS cloud deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design,implement, test, deploy, and support enterprise-grade solutions.

This role requires deep technical proficiency, robust analytical capability, and an ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Core Technical Skills

1. Programming Languages & Frameworks

• Java 17 (preferred); strong experience in Java 8+

• Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA

• Spring Security for authentication & authorization

• RESTful API design and development

• Strong understanding of Core Java concepts, multithreading, collections, generics, functional programming (Lambdas/Streams)

2. Microservices & Integration

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing microservices architectures

• Strong understanding of service discovery, API gateways, inter-service

communication

• Ability to write and maintain integration tests using JUnit
