Technical Skills

- Drive the Overall Premises management and take corrective action to nullify machinery breakdowns.
- Must have 5-7 years of working experience on Electrical & Mechanical maintenance such as; DG sets, Transformer, Fire Pump System, Fire Alarm System, STP, RO, HT/LT Panel, VRV-AC System, Plumbing, Solar etc.
- Install, maintain and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Perform general electrical & mechanical maintenance as per SOP.
- Troubleshoot electrical & mechanical issues using appropriate testing devices.
- Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, plumbing or fixtures.
- Follow National Electrical Code state and local building regulations.
- Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Valuable knowledge of various test equipment.
- Ability to troubleshoot/replace PLC, VFD, A/C motors, D/C motors, Analog and digital sensors.
- Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of machinery as per PPM schedule.

Administrative Skills





- Monitoring and managing Contractual staff deployed in the premises; such as Maint. Staff, Security, Housekeeping, Gardener etc.
- Handling various issues and resolving escalations related to maintenance, housekeeping, security, Landscaping/gardening etc.
- Diesel purchase as per EOQ & monitoring.
- CCTV monitoring and Control.
- Knowledge of Statutory Compliances, such as Fire NOC, DG Set, Transformer license etc.
- Ensure Fire safety of the premises, awareness and conduct Mock drill.
- Developing trust worthy vendors as per need of the organization.

REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Candidate must have Diploma/B Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/EEE.
- 4 - 7 years of working experience, preferably in Facility Company, Residential Society etc.
- Comfortable in frequent travel to multi locational facilities
- Knowledge of MS-Office [Excel, PowerPoint, Words].
- Pro-active approach
