Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits and monitor International Voice calls.
- Identify quality/process gaps and perform RCA, 5 Why & Fishbone Analysis.
- Track quality trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct calibration sessions and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations and Training teams to improve performance.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Quality Auditing & Quality Monitoring.
- International Voice experience is mandatory.
- Robust analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of RCA and quality improvement methodologies.
