About the Role: We are seeking an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead and execute audits across technology processes and systems. The role involves developing a riskbased audit plan, assessing IT governance and controls, and ensuring compliance with RBI guidelines and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Audit planning – assist in developing riskbased internal audit plans for IT processes.
- Audit universe – prepare and maintain audit universe covering all technology subprocesses.
- Risk assessment – identify priority areas for IT reviews.
- IT process audits – evaluate IT governance, infrastructure, network/service management, BCP/DR, backup/restoration, project/change/patch management, access/password management.
- Information security – review cyber security, SOC, incident management, data security, email/cloud security, VAPT.
- Outsourcing compliance – ensure IT outsourcing practices align with RBI guidelines.




- Control testing – design audit programs, flowcharts, risk control matrices, and test controls.
- Reporting – prepare working papers, draft/final reports, and present findings to management and audit committees.
- Observation tracking – monitor open audit issues and conduct postimplementation reviews.

Skills Required:

- Robust knowledge of IT governance, infrastructure, and information security practices.
- Handson experience with cyber security, SOC, incident management, and cloud security.
- Familiarity with RBI guidelines and industry best practices in IT outsourcing.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and audit tools.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Tech with certifications such as CISA / ISO 27001.
- 5–7 years of experience in IS Audit within banks or toptier NBFCs.
- Proven track record in IT audit planning, execution, and compliance.
