- Manage Cold Room / Cold Storage service operations across the assigned territory.
- Handle service dealers, technicians and customer complaints.
- Monitor installation, breakdown, AMC, warranty and after-sales service.
- Ensure timely complaint resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance and conduct regular site/market visits.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service operations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in refrigeration/HVAC service.
- Robust experience in Cold Room / Cold Storage service.
- Experience managing service teams, dealers and technicians.
- Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
