*Job Description*

Job Title: Legal Executive / Legal Manager Commercial Contracts

Location: Pune (Chakan)

Department: Legal

Qualification: LLB / LLM

Experience: 3+ years

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a Legal professional who can draft, check, negotiate, and manage business contracts with suppliers, vendors, customers, and other business partners. The person should also have knowledge of commercial laws, legal compliance, arbitration, import-export regulations, FEMA, and dispute matters.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Draft and review commercial contracts and business agreements.
- Handle domestic as well as international/cross-border contracts.
- Review agreements with suppliers, vendors, customers, and service providers.
- Negotiate important terms and conditions with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure contracts are legally correct and protect the company's interests.
- Handle legal matters related to Contract Law and Sale of Goods.
- Have basic knowledge of Import & Export laws and FEMA regulations.




- Support legal matters related to IPR, Competition Law, Privacy Law, Banking and commercial transactions.
- Conduct legal research and keep the company updated about recent laws and amendments.
- Support the company in domestic and international arbitration/dispute matters.
- Maintain MIS/records of all contracts, including status, renewal, expiry, and pending approvals.
- Support civil and criminal legal matters and related compliance.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, suppliers, advocates, and external legal consultants.
